ALADIN Personal Voltage Alarm is designed to provide an extra safety level for workers operating near energized equipment (during maintenance, rescue operations, painting, and pruning) in an electrical environment.

This device combines a headlight and a personal voltage alarm. Do not replace normal safety procedures. Available in three variations to suit different applications ALADINMVOHCEFC for Aladin 10-69 kV, ALADINHVCEFC for 50- 400 kV and ALADINCEFC for ALADIN 2-400 kV.

Use

The Aladin can help in the following situations:

Unintentional Proximity – a sudden movement towards the voltage source.
Unexpected Return of Voltage – human or equipment during a non-energised network operation.
Working Area Error – the operator believes they are working on a non-energised network.

The Aladin can help in maintenance works, rescue situations, painting, pruning etc for indoor or outdoor electrical equipment.

Features

Sound alert of voltage proximity which rhythm increases upon the level of electric field detected.
The “smart mute” is a Dynamic Voltage Detection: it is used to silence the warning sound once at working place, the device is remaining in vigilance and still measuring the electric field. The warning sound will automatically restart in case of increase of the level of the detected electric field (closer or sudden presence of voltage). Acts as additional fencing which can be set at the working place.
The device is designed like headlight to be fixed on helmets or hard hats by various means. In this position, the tool will detect 360°around the operator.
No influence of the electromagnetic fields.
Two types of light are available. One light for remote vision (overhead lines, poles, etc.) and one light for closer vision (walking trip, working place, etc.).
Light and compact device.
Rechargeable by standard micro USB 5V plug.
