PENTA Supports Corsham Skatepark Project with Unique Skateboard Designs

Corsham, Wiltshire – PENTA is proud to announce its support for the Corsham Skatepark Project, a community-driven initiative dedicated to constructing a state-of-the-art Olympic-standard concrete skatepark. This new facility will replace the existing park, which has served the local community for over two decades but is now in urgent need of renovation.

The Corsham Skatepark Project brings together a diverse group of skateboarders, BMX riders, quad skaters, and scooter enthusiasts of all ages. Working in collaboration with the local council, their mission is to create an inclusive and modern sports area that will benefit the entire community in both Corsham and the surrounding area. The project aims to raise approximately £350,000 – £400,000, with current efforts focused on fundraising within the local area to build momentum.

PENTA recognises the value of this initiative in promoting physical activity, inclusivity, and community engagement. In addition to serving the local population, a well-designed and high-quality skatepark has the potential to attract riders from across the country, keen to take on the challenges of a unique and professionally crafted layout.

In partnership with local skateboard manufacturer Burts’ Boards, PENTA has designed and produced a limited-edition series of skateboard decks featuring exclusive promotional graphics to support the project. Renowned skateboard manufacturer Tom ‘Chewie’ Burton has created a special collection, with each design available in a limited run of two decks. PENTA has assembled these boards into complete skateboards, ready for their lucky new recipients to ride. Furthermore, PENTA, as part of the Novarc Group, has shared the twin deck graphics with its sister companies, who have also donated funds, resulting in donated boards now displayed in offices as far afield as France and South Africa, with more to follow.

Those in the Corsham area should stay tuned for upcoming opportunities to win one of these unique boards through raffles, skate jams, competitions, and other fundraising events. For those outside the area who wish to contribute, the Corsham Skatepark Project welcomes donations of all sizes to help bring this exciting vision to life.
