Helene first moved to the UK in 2001 and has a fabulous background in Customer Service working for companies such as Hertz and Citigroup before returning to France during the financial crisis in 2009.

More recently Helene has worked for local international Environmental and Pharmaceuticals companies in which she played a pivotal role in Export Sales as an administrator or as an account manager. We are confident she will bring that wealth of knowledge with her in terms of dealing with documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and, of course, managing customer relationships.

Along with her customer service background and linguistic skills, Helene has also used Sage for approximately four years, so she will be of great assistance on the implementation team and in liaising with our colleagues in France when we migrate to Sage in 2021.
